First off, the great things about this is having the flexibility to pull out a 'bed' when guests stay over, kids are having a sleepover. It's very comfy and the material is soft - you can use this without a bed sheet and it works out fine. The not so great is that only two of the pieces tie together, so the head piece has a tendency to come loose unless you've propped the whole thing against a wall.
I do also like the option to remove the cover and wash it, but for the most part, there have been no major accidents so wiping it down for minor spills has been a breeze.
The color is great too and I like the many configurations of using this item.
